Home / COMMISSION DISCLOSURE

This page discloses the commission PMF Asset Services LLP receives from AMCs for distributing Regular Plans of Mutual Fund schemes and SIF strategies, as required by the SEBI Master Circular for Mutual Funds dated 20-Mar-2026 and the AMFI Master Circular for MFDs dated 14-Jan-2026. It is updated every quarter.

How Commission Works

You invest

AMC charges BER

AMC pays trail

No extra cost

You invest in the Regular Plan of a Mutual Fund scheme or SIF strategy through us.

The AMC charges the scheme a Base Expense Ratio (BER) within the limit set by SEBI. BER is already adjusted in the daily NAV.

Out of the BER, the AMC pays us a trail commission every month as a % per annum of your invested value for as long as you stay invested.

You pay nothing extra to us. No upfront commission, no fee, no transaction charge is collected from you.

Direct Plan: every scheme also has a Direct Plan with a lower expense ratio because it carries no distributor commission. Direct Plans are not distributed or serviced by us; you may invest in them directly with the AMC. Commission actually paid to us on your folios is shown in your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) issued half-yearly by CAMS / KFintech.

Key Disclosures

PMF Asset Services LLP receives only trail commission. We do not accept upfront commission, incentive commission, or any one-time payment from any AMC.

Commission is paid by the AMC out of the scheme BER. It does not increase your cost and is not deducted from your investment.

Our scheme recommendations are based on your risk profile and the suitability matrix, never on commission rates. Where two suitable schemes carry different commission, this is disclosed to you in the Client Recommendation Record.

We do not accept any gift, sponsored travel or non-cash benefit from any AMC that could create a conflict of interest, beyond what the AMFI Code of Conduct permits.

Any transaction charge, if applicable under SEBI rules, is disclosed to you in writing before execution. We currently do not levy any transaction charge.
